This is a cash or conventional loan sale, which means potential buyers must have their financial arrangements secured prior to bidding. The sale of these properties is not contingent upon Buyer (s) obtaining financing. All financial arrangements are to have been made prior to bidding at the auction. By bidding, the bidder makes representation that the bidder has the present ability to pay the bid price and fulfill the Real Estate Contract.
This property will be sold by the acre, based on the acres as stated on the county tax records, with the acres understood to be “more or less”. Balance of the purchase price is due in certified funds at closing on or before January 15, 2021.
